You’re able to drop your computer to us for repair or arrange a call out and we will come to you. (a call out costs £48 Inc vat and covers your first hours support and computer return)

All computers or laptops brought into our shop in Needham Market are subject to a minimum £20 Inc vat charge for the inspection and quote. No further work will be chargeable without prior consent.

1 Hour additional telephone support

Offsite data backup upto 10GB
Fixed hourly rate of £30ph (charged in 30 minute blocks and 60 minute blocks)

All for £8.99 per month + £4.99 for additional computers

We only use the best for our customers and we have selected AVG to provide you with your Anti Virus software. We are a certified Gold reseller of AVG and can handle new packages and upgrade your existing ones.
